I was brought up by a mother who is an outstanding cook, so I know good home cooking when I taste it. Let me tell you, Chef Karen's cooking is not only excellent home cooking, but it is home cooking with a professional chef's attitude! When you smell the aroma of her cooking in your house, you will think no gourmet restaurant anywhere could possibly smell any better. Everything she has cooked for me has been cooked to perfection. Chef Karen comes to you with my highest recommendation. She is an outstanding chef and a nice person to be around.

As a professional event planner, I often have the opportunity to sample great cuisine. Karen's ingredients are fresh and her preparations excellent. It's great to have a home-cooked meal each night vs. eating in mediocre local restaurants. Also, the fact that each menu is tailored to my personal likes and dislikes insures that I will always have an enjoyable experience. What a wonderful experience this has been!
