During the consultation, we'll discuss your likes and dislikes, allergies, dietary restrictions, and eating habits. You'll look over our menu and select the entrees that you'd like Chef Karen to cook for you. We'll also discuss any favorite family recipes you'd like Chef Karen to prepare.

On your Cook Date, Chef Karen will:

• Shop for all ingredients
• Prepare, package, label and store your meals, complete with reheating instructions, at your home, according to your specifications.
• Clean up the kitchen, leaving behind only the wonderful aroma of home cooking.
